Spinning® is a cardiovascular exercise program suitable to all fitness levels based on exercise science, heart rate training, road cycling and a vital mind body connection to the movement and effort. Globally recognized and certified instructors will lead you through hills, flat roads, sprints and interval simulations encouraging riders to reach heights they never dreamed possible and overcome physical and mental obstacles on the bike to encourage them to accomplish more when they leave. Close your eyes pedal and this class will take you wherever you need to be.

A 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography including tap backs, sexy corners and more...etc. But it's so much more than just a workout — it's a powerful physical experience.⁠
